This picture is titled “stormy window”. It was taken as part of the reflections assignment, and i took the picture with my fujifilm finepix s 3400 camera. I really like this photo because of the way it turned out after i was done editing it. To edit this picture, i created 3 different layers, one where i changed the hue and saturation of the image to create the stormy look. The next layer i created the mask effect that you see on the tree, and the last where i cropped the image to the orientation that i liked. Overall i really like how this image turned out, and I’m hoping that i can get another shot like this soon.

I really like this photo! i think the contrast between the solid black tree and the light of the sky. It is a great effect to have the light so gray green! Im a little confused on the shaping of what is surrounding the image. I may have done a more even or at least consistently asymmetrical framing. It leaves a really nice mood!

This photo is really awesome. The tree is very crisp and I enjoy how it is all black. The gloomy look across the sky gives the tone of the photo, and I love that it this is a reflection. The light hitting the top is a nice change up from the overall gloominess and shows that this is a reflections. Nice photo.

this is a fantastic picture! Well done on your editing techniques. I think the stormy look is a perfect effect for that type of tree. I do think it would have looked better if the bottom part was cropped out, but i understand you had to have it as part of the reflection.

Great Picture!! It has a very great tone to it, the tinting from the window adds a great effect to the photo. The clouds give the photo a very dark and dramatic effect.

Good job on this photo. I like the contrast between the tree and the sky. I also like the dark, gloomy feeling that this picture seems to evoke. I think it might look better if there was not a glare along the upper edge of the window. Besides that, this photo looks flawless.

Really cool looking photo. I like the how dark and gloomy it looks and how all of the colors add to that aspect. My only criticism would be to try and capture the image without the window's reflections showing. Still an awesome picture!

I really like this photograph. I like how you were able make kind of a ghostly look to it. I also like how there is an outline of the tree, it helps with the stormy look. The only thing I would change would be to black out the bottom part of the photo so it looks like one whole window. Overall it is a very good photo.

I love how this picture turned out green giving it a gloomy and stormy look. I also like the tree being completely black, instead of multiple colors. The only change I would make is to crop the bottom out, but other than that is a really cool pic!
