This picture is titled My Life. I took this picture at a softball field in Hoover. To edit it i adjusted the contrast and made it black and white. I absolutely love softball and i feel like this picture represents me very well.

I really like how the depth of field is shallow, and really think it could be a little shallower. I like how you frame the subject with the blur. Also, the Rule of Thirds works well in this picture and adds intrigue to your picture. The position of the subjects also keeps the photo interesting. The overall mood, especially with the color effects is slightly serious--showing how much softball means to you (the photographer). The only thing that could be better is the billboard in the background could either be taken out or moved to the left. To take it out would remove the distraction, while moving it would create an imaginary diagonal line.

This image to me is very cool!! i love the colors in this and how you blurred the edges. You can really tell you like softball just by the way you took the image. I maybe would have made the back ground darker so the glove and helmet would stand out more! OR even centered it! but i can tell that it is the subject of the image. GREAT PHOTO
I like how you adjusted the contrast in this picture it makes it look very professional.

I really like this picture a lot! I love how you used the right amount of exposure, lighting and focus so that we can really see the details of the glove and the helmet. I like how you made the picture a different tone of color and the edge blur that you added to it. I also like that you took a picture that described something about yourself and what you like to do. Good job!
