Jacob T- About Me Still Life

The title of this image is “About Me Still Life.” It was taken at my house on my lower driveway. I took it with a Canon EOS T6 Rebel. I edited it in the photo app and bumped the color up, increased the light with a vignette. I think the items could have been positioned better and taken at a better angle.

I really like this picture because even though all of the subjects are rather simple, you added a lot of intensity to it. The focus is a good balance of soft and sharp, while the Jeep in the background is soft and the items in front are sharper. There seems to be a little bit of a yellow/greenish cast to the picture from the background which is also really nice. I don't know if you cropped the picture at all, but there doesn't seem to be anything that distracts from the subject, so that's really nice as well. All in all, I like the mood of this picture and think you succeeded in telling your "story".

Jacob the lighting in this picture is just amazing i love everything about this picture you did such a good job on this i know what i'm supposed to be looking at its not to dark or to bright its a amazing picture and i love the work you put into it plus the angle. When i look at this picture i want tot study everything about it, i want to learn why you have these items and how often are they used its a really amazing picture and i can look at it all day. I love how in this photo the main focus is on the pos in front of the jeep but you also don't lose focus of the jeep it's self. When I see this picture I believe that it presents your and who you are even thought I don't know you. I feel like this was a great way to express and some of the things you like. I feel as if this tells a story about you and what you like or what you are interested in. Me personal I love the picture I would get something like this printed ad hung on the wall.

I really like the lighting in this picture I like what u did on this picture i know what i'm supposed to be looking at and its not to dark or to bright its just right and the angles you did in the picture. When i look at this picture i want to know why u have these items and how ofter they are used in your life its really an amazing picture i could use it as background for my desktop. This picture gives me a chill vibe where i can relax and its truly about the stuff u like, and you expressed what u like in this picture

I really like how you incorporated the variety of subjects to kind of make a collage of your life, but in one photo. I think the focus is a little off, while the hammer and statue and stuff around that level of depth are in good focus, the books at the foreground of the image are a little blurry and out of focus and I think having that extra sharpness up front really could have helped with the picture. I also feel like you could have edited it to make it a bit darker and bring out some of the darker spots with some more contrast. I really liked how you were almost able to incorporate the rule of thirds and a centered subject into this picture by having everything stacked up in the bottom half of the shot and the statue sticking up along that top left third. I think this shot definitely tells a story and when I first saw the picture I really enjoyed trying to figure out what that story was. Overall very good picture main thing I would adjust is the lighting to incorporate a bit more contrast so things don't look quite so washed out in places.
