Abby W- at the Cahaba Brewing Company

This photograph was taken at the Cahaba Brewing Company with my Sony digital camera. I edited it using Photos, where I increased the brilliance and black points, while decreasing the brightness and highlights. I then turned down the contrast and increased the saturation very slightly. The sharpness was bumped up, almost fully, along with definition being bumped about half way. I applied a slight amount of noise reduction and a subtle vignette. This photo would be better if the two side tables were symmetrical, being equidistant from the couch.

This is a really great picture. I really love the shadows from the windows. The colors set a really calming mood. I really like how only half of the couch is in the sunlight. I also agree with you about the tables being symmetrical.Overall I really love it. Great Job!

I really love this picture. Everything is in focus and it really makes the photo look sharper and more centered. I agree that if the tables were symmetrical the picture would be better. I think that since they are not equidistant from the couch, the picture may look better if the tables and brick wall were cropped out. Overall I think this was a great photo. It seems to convey a feeling of mystery. Wonderful picture!

This picture is amazing. the shadows behind the chair are left and also the lighting in the rooms seems to be really good. the picture would've been better if the tables were in the picture evenly. enhancing the black point really brought out the shadows and to me the shadows are the best thing about the picture.

This picture is a really well edited and overall great picture. I love how it gives the old time studio feel and how the bench is the center of this photo. The darkness around the edges could be brightened up just a little bit, but overall good job with the vignette. I love how the lines in this photo make you look directly at the bench and the overall photo sets a dark mood. I would hang this picture on my wall because this photo tells a story and sets a good mood.

This picture is very unique. I like how the lights and darks are balanced on each side, and how the vignette adds an aged feeling to it. The distance from the couch adds a great sense of depth, as well as interest in the surroundings. The reds, blues, and greens are balanced and work together well. I like this picture, it makes me feel like there is a story to be found. All in all, this photograph is very well done.

I really like the lighting on this photo. I think its cool how half of the sofa is in the sunlight, and the other half is in a shadow. I also like the lines that the sun casts onto the back wall. It creates a very geometric feel. I think the couch has a very classy vibe and creates a nice mood for the environment. Very nice!
