Title of this image is Venus. It was taken in the Botanical Gardens shop on April 11, 2016. I took this picture with a Canon Rebel T5. I have not edited this picture. It could be better in I had taken it in manual instead of automatic.

I really like this picture, it has very vivid colors and a good contrast between the soil and the plant itself. By blurring out the edges, all of the focus was on the plant.
I love the sharpness and closer focus of the plant, not to blurry. It's cool to almost feel as if the plant is coming out of the picture. The fore, middle and backgrounds are very defined which makes it easier to see the focus on the subject. The balance is very neat in how nothing i is overpowering anything else. This would defiantly be a keeper because i like how expressive the colors are, the subject itself (venus fly traps are awesome), and it inspires me to get out to take more naturist pictures.
