Amber B- Purple flower

The name of my photo is Purple Flower. It was taken in Enterprise, AL at four thirty p.m. The picture was taken by a Nikon d3500 and I edited by sharpening the image and using a couple filters tor bring out the purple. It could be better by being off centered and out of the middle. I could remove the camera angle up to remove the merger coming out of the bottom of the picture.

The main subject is portrayed nicely when it comes to the focus of the picture. The lighting here enhances the intended subject while detracting the background. The colors vary in the aspect of having different tones one certain color. The purples and pinks really draw the eye to the center of the photo. I think the combination of the light and dark areas are very well balanced out. The dark areas make the lighter ares more prominent. The mood I see when looking at this picture is very smooth due to the bright colors while also having shallow portions that bring a misty feeling.

The flower within the picture is absolutely gorgeous and I love how the photo's focus has more than one specific subject. I like how it is not just the flower, it has the leaves and stems in it too. It also has a nice soft light in the picture to represent how fragile and soft a flower really is. I also like how the flower is the only color that pops off the screen and draws most of the attention to that specific subject. The cropping in the photo was perfect with how it has a little small space at the bottom that is very dark and empty, but it really brings out the stem. The mood I see within the photo is very soft and relaxing. It gives me this peaceful vibe, like I am in a garden full of flowers. I really like it!

This photo is extremely beautiful in all honesty. One of my favorite techniques that you used to edit this photo was how you brought forth attention to the really deep purple in the flower by increasing its saturation. Furthermore, it looks like you decreased the saturation of the greens in the photo, which also really brings out the unique color in the flower. The composition of the photo is really nice as well. The background is a plain black which brings forth more emphasis to the color of the flower. I also like how the flower wasn't centered in the frame to make the overall composition feel more "active." Overall, very nice photograph!

I really like this one. It is focused very well on the plant. The lighting perfectly captures the entire plant, and the color is so vibrant and beautiful, though I think that it would have been better to have the blooming part in focus using the rule of thirds rather than being centered. The photo is definitely one that I would keep up on my wall.

You did a very good job on this photo. It is perfectly focused on both the flower and the leaves. i love how the background is black so you can be really attracted to the flower. The type of lighting this photo is at the perfect spot because it really balances the photo. I like the yellowish cast to the photo. The focus in this photo is very sharp. There is a good balanced amount of dark and light areas. the flower isn't framed directly in the middle and i think that makes the photo better. This picture shows simplicity and it really brightens my mood! I love this picture!!
