Davis D-Tip Top Sunset

This photo was taken at Tip Top Grill a few weeks back with a few friends. I used my Nikon D5200 to take this shot at sunset. I’m pleased with the final outcome of this shot. I increased the saturation to increase the colors in the sky.

This photo reminds me of the Patagonia logo, I really like the layers of color in this picture. There is a lot of value too from the dark blue to the light orange. I don't think this could be edited to be any better.

The colors in this picture are excellent. It's a pretty good picture but I don't like that circle below the sun.

The contrasting colors of this image is great! I think the blue may seem a little too harsh but for some reason it works really well and balances out. I would definitely consider this a keeper!

I like how the orange differs from the blue mountain sides greatly. I love the color contrasts greatly. One thing to edit would be to get rid of the orange dot that's next to the sun. It's kind of distracting and having only the sun as a subject would be nice. Maybe change the cropping too.

The depth of field in this image is spectacular. Having such a wide depth of field to get the whole valley sunset. The color range is nice with the oranges and blues mixing nice with the sun having a nice vanishing point in the horizon. I like this photo and I would hang it on my wall because it is neat and I like wide shots.
