Amber S- Sunflower

The title of this picture is Sunflower. The picture was taken in the photography studio at school about a week ago. I took the picture with my digital camera and I edited the picture using Photoshop. I used a black and white filter and then used the layer mask to restore the color of the sunflower back into the photo. I could have been more precise when I was restoring the color back because I colored some her face and I should not have.

I rely like how serious she looks even when the rest of the image is just innocent. I also rely like how the yellow is the only thing in the image clored and how it pops. Great Job!

I really like this picture and the mood it sets. One thing i dont like about it is the way the picture is cropped.

I love this photo! These types of photos are very hard to capture perfect! The white balance is perfect, its not to harsh. I also like how the sunflower is the main focus of the photo!

I love how you edited this photo! The colors brought out in the flower with the black and white filtered background looks amazing. The image has a very sweet look yet a kinda dark side to it through the eyes of your subject. The lighting is pretty good and it's a very well balanced photo. I wish that the arms weren't cropped out though and it could be a little lighter on the left side. Great job overall!!

Great picture! I think the cropping of the picture fits very well because it goes with the flower, tall and narrow. I like how the flower is centered not only in placement but also in color. Everything about it is great!
