The title of this photo is Star Lake. I took this couple weeks ago for the reflection assignment. I took this with a Nikon D4s. I took this at night and exposed it for 30 seconds while I lit it with a big flashlight. The sky is really blurry but theres nothing you can do it about it but other than that I like this picture.

This photo is stunning!! The lighting's effect on your composition is flawless. The way that the image is reflected in the water is perfect. Also the way that you captured the stars in the sky is incredible. Great job!!

I love this photo Sara! The colors that make up the sky and the visible stars made for a beautiful shot. The only thing I would have done differently is to not use the big flashlight to light the dock. I think the lamination of the dock takes away some from the sky. Also I would've composed it so more of the lake and reflection was in the shot... Nonetheless great work!

This is such a nice photo!! I love the different variations of purple in the sky and how the colors are so vibrant! It would look cool if the reflection in the water was equally as vibrant as the sky, but i think it looks amazing just like it is!!

This photo is amazing! I love the purple hues in the sky along with the vivid stars in the sky. I really like the fact that you can see the dock clearly, along with the reflection of it on the lake. Nice Work!

This picture is super cool! I love how you can see the stars and the purple colors in the sky. Also the reflection in the water is sweet! The way the light hits the dock is cool and how the sky goes from deep purple to a more pink color and how you managed to keep all the details in! This is a great picture!
The sky is my favorite part about this picture. Even it was edited to make the sky look purple it still gives the picture an overall cool effect. The colors are a big part of this picture that I really like as well. The lighting is also a big factor that I think adds to the contribution of the picture. Overall great picture!

This is a really good photo! I love the glow from the moon in the background and liked how you used a light to make the bridge brighter! Good Job!
This is an amazing picture!! It looks like it was painted! I think everything looks god in this picture. The sky doesn't look blurry to me. The reflection looks perfect.
I really love this photo! The transition of the colors is very beautiful and breathtaking, while the reflection on the water gives it a more calming feel. The only thing that I would change is the angle of the light on the bridge.

I love the colors in the sky and the definition of the bridge railing. I like how bright the railing is as well. I also like how you can see the stars in the sky. I like how the reflection of the trees in the background is so small but so clear and it really adds to the picture as a whole.
I really love this photo. I like how universal the focus is. The pink/purple also looks absolutely stunning. It was also really creative to light up the walk with a flashlight. Overall, amazing photo.

Hey Sara! This might be the best photoblog photo I've seen! This is so great! The reflections look awesome and the depth of field looks great. The light parts of the pink go really nicely with the darker purples of the skies. This photo is definitely a keeper!

cool effect and interesting photo over all
This photo is truly amazing! Its definitely one of my favorite photos on here. The exposure is perfect and shinning a flashlight on it was a brilliant idea. I'm surprised how clear how everything came out because it was an evening picture, but it all worked out!! The sky is breathtaking with all the stars and the ombre color and the reflections on the water just add to the image to create such a successful photograph. Beautiful Job!

Great photo! I love the contrast of colors in this, it brings out different features though out the whole photo! I also like the exposure on the pier. Overall a awesome photo, great job!
This picture has very soft lighting. It helps collaborate with the soft sky and allows a neat reflection. This photo is balanced well with the patio going out on the water well lit as well as the sky being lit. It allows a neat color range that catches the eye. I like this photo due to the neatness of the sky color and how all parts help make a great image. Good job!

This is a really good picture! I love how calm everything is, it looks really peaceful. The reflection also looks really good. I like how you can just faintly see stars at the top, but they definitely add something to the picture. The colors are also gorgeous.

i love this picture. the sky looks beautiful. i love how the pier is so bright and looks like its in day light but it looks like its dark outside.

I like this picture, its really focused and deep. The angle of this picture is g double o d. The sky, the reflection, the trees, and the shinning light is on point. I wouldn't do anything different.
