Sophie A - Feelin' Pink

The title of this image is “Feelin’ Pink” because I was in a pretty pink mood when I took this with my iPhone 12. I was in Waco, Texas on December 30th when I captured this, and I was in the gardens of the Magnolia Market. I edited this photo by increasing the color ever so slightly, as well as the light. Nothing major at all since my phone already took a pretty good photo. Maybe I could’ve cropped some of the white flowers at the bottom left corner out, but I just didn’t care. Should I have? Let me know :) Otherwise, during this Texas trip I made some nice memories with my cousin and a close online friend I met that day. It was such a fun trip and I would do it all over again if I could.

I think you did a great job with this picture! I like your subject matter, the flower, and think you photographed it well. You can see the texture of the flower, and the pink color really stands out from the other green plants, great focus. Good move to increase the lighting a bit, the overall product is beautiful. Also I like how you left the white flowers in the corners too :) great work!! LFS- HHS

The exposure in this image is perfect. I love how vibrant and colorful the flower is. The focus on the flower is good. I like how some of the background is darker, focussing you attention more on the flower. The picture makes me think of summer and joy. I like how you framed the flower in the center. Amazing image and beautiful flower! - IG HHS

I love how clear the image is, the flower is very pretty and I like the angle and how the light reflects on the flower making it look luminous and bright, I wouldn't change anything about it. -JM HHS

This is so cute, I love flowers. The colors work very nicely together and you did a good job editing. My only critique is to maybe turn the saturation down a little bit and increase the definition. Otherwise, this is a good photo.
