I named the picture Heaven because the lighting and colors reminded me of something peaceful and almost unreal, like a glimpse of the sky opening up. I took the photo outside the Hoover Met before a football game, and the timing was perfect in my eyes-the sky had this soft glow that made the moment feel calm, even with all the excitement around. I captured the photo using my phone, trying to focus on the contrast between the bright light in the center and the darker areas to add more depth, and made the light in the middle stand out more to draw attention to the part of the image. I think it could have been better if I had made the shadows a little lighter, so more details would show.

Hey Aimee, I think it's amazing how you captured the sun in this photo and the darkness of the clouds around. I like how the light is very soft in the middle so it's not overexposed. The color of the light from the sun really does a good job at contrasting from the clouds. This photo makes me very happy and it gives off a sense of just like you said "heaven".

Wow. The lighting and soft contrast in the clouds looks unreal and I absolutely adore the vibe of it. The detail of the clouds reflecting light and making beams adds to the mood. I definitely think this is profile picture or background worthy. I also agree that you could've made the shadows a little lighter, but honestly it's already such a phenomenally edited photo!
