Mary Alex R- Azalea

I titled this image “Azalea” because this is a picture of an azalea flower in my neighborhood that I took this weekend. I took this with a zoom lens on my Nikon D-5100 camera. I brightened up the flower petals and leaves with the dodge tool, and added a black vignette around the edge to draw the attention to the flower. I wish the center of the flower was slightly more in focus, but I’m overall very happy with how it turned out.

I gotta say, this is not great. I would rather crash my computer than look at this anymore. Please quit photography

This is amazing! I love the details on the flower petals and the leaves. The flower is a very pretty color! I also really like how the light hits the flower! Absolutely stunning and flawless! -VS HHS

CL-HHS. My darling sophomore, this is the last comment I'll leave you. It's been a a wild ride, and I'll never forget all the amazing times we've had. Now, on to this beautiful photo you've created. I know that you're very proud of it, and you should be! The focus on the petals is so sharp, and the coloring and saturation settings are just right. The lighting on the flower contrasting with the darkness around it adds so much mystery and intrigue. The mood of this photo is optimistic and hopeful. Lots of love and I'll see you next year!!

This is a really nice photo! I love the detail and clarity in it, I also like how you focused on the flower and darkened the leaves around it. Really nice work!!!
