Andrew C - Squack

The photo title is Squack it was taken on 10/28/23 at the Alabama Wildlife Center. It was taken while I was working on my Eagle Scout project. I took this picture with my phone and did not edit it.

I really like how you focused on the bird's eyes and face in this picture. The lighting is really good, but the bird could have a little more light because it is your main subject. I love how the sun's light shines on the trees in the background. You also did a good job keeping the bird centered in the shot and kept the subject clear. This picture makes me feel happy and its definitely a keeper-but just make sure nobody is in the background next time.

Hey, this picture is great! I love how the camera is not only focused on the bird, but the bird is focused on the camera; it makes it look as if they were consciously posing for a photoshoot. The fact that it is unedited is impressive considering how the depth of field serves to really pop out the bird. I think the photo was amazing potential if you ever wish to edit it (maybe reducing the brightness of the light to make it easier on the eye and removing the person in the back?). Regardless, the photo is still amazing raw.
