Victoria S- Homecoming Hydrangeas

My photo is called Homecoming Hydrangeas because these are the flowers I decorated my house with on the night of the homecoming dance. It was taken September 29th during the day on my patio. I took it with my camera, the Nikon D3300. I edited it by increasing the brightness and saturation. I also used the spot healing tool in Photoshop to touch up my image. I think it could be better if the white hydrangeas weren’t blurred.

I love this picture! I enjoy how the tone of the purple flowers compliments the cream ones. The colors are very bright and happy contributing to your underlying story of sweetness. This is a wall photo for sure.

I really like this photo! The hydrangeas are beautiful! The only thing that I could think of is maybe increase the saturation by a tiny bit. But overall I really like it!

I really like this photo! The colors complement each other very well. Next time I would try to make the hydrangeas a little less blurry so that you can really see the details. Also try to up the saturation and vibrance next time. Other than that the photo is beautiful. Great job! -LD-HHS

I really like this photo! I like the idea of it being homecoming styled the flowers are beautiful and the tone really gives off the setting. I'd put this on the wall or maybe even in a memory capsule.

I like that the picture is up close and focused so the colors are very bright and clear. In the photo I see a very calm and warm feeling . I also enjoy that the picture has a soft exposure. AT-HHS

CL - HHS. I really really LOVE this photo!!! My first impression is that it could have been improved if the flowers in the back were in focus, but it creates a really cool effect. The detail in the foreground is so pretty, and the blurry background is soft and mysterious. I think you really succeeded in telling your homecoming story, full of excitement and anticipation. The mood is almost giddy with happiness. All in all, a really great photo!
