This photo is called “Between Two Silences.” I took this photo on December 3rd, 2025, on my iPhone. I darkened the clouds a bit and brightened the sunset a little to bring it into focus as the main subject. This photo could have been brightened a bit more, anyway. I chose the title because in this photo, you’re above everything, suspended in a peaceful pause. No past pulling you back, no future rushing you forward. Just stillness and sky.

I really like how soft the photo is in general and the color gradient of the sunrise really adds to that effect. I think it would be slightly better if the camera was a little focused on the clouds nearest to the camera, but overall a very light-feeling photo. Trizah Omoi
The sunset gradient is soo pretty and the pattern of the clouds are really unique! I think the lighting and time of the shot were captured well. The feeling of being in a quiet plane high in the sky was conveyed nicely. I think you could've experimented a little by making it a tinted photo. SA - HHS
I really like this image, has an album cover type vibe to it. The sunset light makes this image look amazing, and the clouds bring it all together to make it even better.
