The title of this photograph is Costa Rica Hot Springs. It was taken in Costa Rica at one of their many hot springs in the mountains. I took this picture with my phone and edited it with Photoshop. I brought down the exposure, white, and highlights. Then I brought up the shadows, blacks, and contrast. I was really happy with how this turned out. I like how I could see the minerals that changed the color of the pool. In the original photo, the light reflected off the pool surface and made it hard to see, but when I brought down the exposure, whites, and highlights i could see through the water. The hot springs temperatures all ranged from 96 to 111 degrees Fahrenheit. I liked the 104 pool the best. There were about 10 pools in all, and I got this when I was on a bridge that passes over to the other pools. I'm not really sure how it could be better, but I would love to hear suggestions.
