The title of the image is VTA (Ventral Tegmental Area). I took the photo at Aldridge Gardens on Jan 22, 2026. I took it with my Nikon D3000, and I edited it by removing all color aside from red and changing the lighting. I also added a slight blur outside of the main flower. I could have smoothed out the blur on the image, and I could have gotten better lighting.

I love this photo, it's really I pretty photo and it really reminds me of the musical called Hadestown because the cover of the musical has a flower that looks like this flower and they are both red. I think you're right and that if you would have smoothed out the blur it would look better but it is still a really good photo. A.A

This photo is really good! I really like the contrast of the colors from the black and white and the normal colored flowers. This photo gives off a feeling like two different sides of one story. I think if you changed the amount of blur the photo would have turned out better. Overall, this photo is a 10/10. KR-HHS
