This picture is called Colorful Vases, and I took it with my phone last month for the architecture assignment. It is a picture of some vases that are on a ledge over the front door in the entryway of my house. I edited this picture by darkening it a little bit and adding some grain. Then I added a vignette and increased the saturation of some of the vases. I like the way this picture turned out, and the editing was a little different from how I feel like I usually edit photos, which was interesting. I think it could be better if I had taken it from a different angle. Also, there was one light on the chandelier that looked different from the others because the sunlight wasn’t hitting it the same way, so fixing that might improve the picture as well.

MB-HHS I really liked the colors of the vases and how they made the window pop out. I would try to get a different angle next time, since the chandeliere kind of distracts from it.

very sigma photo, love the vases and very pretty colors. because of my style of editing i personally wouldve brought the colors out some more but this is pretty the way it is. the vase in the middle really changes the lighting in a good way. i love this, good job.

This photo reminds me a lot of my grandmothers house- very nostalgic. I like how it has a sort of grainy feel to it: makes it seem like an old photo that you might find in an old box under your bed. I really like the color contrast that you highlighted on the vases. Great photo!!- Chloe C

I really do like this photo It shows alot of effort put into it. I like how it shows the whole thing with the beautiful lights in the background and it really does show such a nice setting to it all. Great Work Kiddo!
Hello!! Nice work!! I like the composition you have here. I feel like the lighting and exposure could have been a little brighter, but I do like the intrigue of the shadows. I also like how you increased the saturation on the vases! All in all, a good photo. It has an intriguing mood. I think if the chandelier hadn't been in the photo, more focus would have gone to the vases. CL-HHS.

XS-HHS: I love how the colors are very warm and work together well in this photo. I think the grain and vignette add to a nostalgic feel of the photo. I would be interested to see what it would look like if you could get an angle where the light came through the colorful vases.
