Brayden H- St Peters Church

The title of this image is St Peter’s Church. This picture was taken on November 22 at 7:23 p.m. in New York City, Rockefeller Center, and is a picture of St Peter’s Catholic Church. I took this picture with my iPhone 13 and used Photoshop to darken the image and increase the clarity.

This photo reminds me of a medieval church. The details on the building are very beautiful and you edited it very well. My only critique would be if you photoshopped the other buildings out, and maybe get rid of that light on the church. Otherwise, it is beautiful!

This photo of St. Peter’s Church in New York City, taken at Rockefeller Center, is a striking composition that showcases the grandeur of Gothic architecture. The photographer’s use of Photoshop to darken the image enhances the intricate details of the church’s spires and carvings, making them stand out vividly against the moody sky. The upward perspective draws the viewer’s eye to the soaring spires, while the surrounding modern skyscrapers create a compelling contrast between historical and contemporary architecture. The image’s sharpness and clarity highlight the church’s timeless beauty, blending artistry and technical skill to create a dramatic and visually captivating shot.

This is a great image. I like the angle and how it makes it look taller, although it should be centered more, so the other buildings arent so visible.

I like the contrast between dark and light between the buildings. I also like how the picture shows the difference between old and new with the two styles of architecture. I think that the photo could have been better if it were more centered.

This photo is very good, it is one of the best I have seen. The way it is edited is very good. In my opinion, it is a very good photo and does not need anything else to be very good.

Good job on keeping your main subject in focus and in the center of the frame. I really like this photo, I think it deserves to be hung on your wall!

I think that the sky is a little overexposed, probably because iPhones tend to overexpose dark photos to make them more visible. I think that the photo would benefit from being taken with a real camera. I feel like there are too many light areas in the photo. Most of the photo is gray, so the buildings behind the church catch my attention more than the actual subject because they stand out more. I like this photo because I like the vision, I just think there are a couple things that could be tweaked in the editing to make it even better. Overall, I think it’s a good picture.
