Alex H- Pumpkin after the Rain

The title of this image is “Pumpkin after the Rain.” I took it in October, close to Halloween. It was taken with a Nikon camera. I edited it during the pictorialist exercise. I tried to make it look like a drawing or a painting. I like how it turned out. It could be better if it was a little brighter.

I like the rain drops on the pumpkin and the fall/spring feel it gives. One thing i would have done better would to have been to get the whole stem in the shot and to expose the brick a little less.
