Joshua N- Summer Rain

The title of my picture is ‘Summer Rain’ because I took it in Moss Rock right after it rained. It was taken in early September, and I took it with a Nikon D5100. I edited it by adding a filter to make it more blue, and increased the highlights and sharpness to show the rain drops on the leaf. I think that if I had a better lens on my camera, I could have gotten the raindrops more in focus and made it look better, but I am happy with what I got.

I love what you did with the colors and detail! The cool toned color grading and the background being blurry really gives it that cinematic look.

I like the mood of this picture. It's not too complicated, and the darker background makes the leaves stand out really well. I think maybe more of the plant could have been in focus, but this is still a cool picture. MB- HHS

I love this picture! You made sure that the leaves really stood out compared to the rest of them. I love the details and how you edited the picture. Next time maybe try and brighten it up a bit but other than that the picture is beautiful! Amazing job!! - LD-HHS

I really this photo and I think it is really pretty. I like how the camera is focused on the leaves and I like how the background is darker than the plant. CS-HHS

I like how the photo is extremely focused on the leaves, and the background is out of focus. I like how the leaves are centered in the frame. This photo makes me feel relaxed because I like the rain.

i love the green in this photo a lot, it gives it an almost early spring kind of look which I love.although i do wish some more leaves on the branch were in focus as well.
