Trevor P- Melancholy

I call this picture Melancholy, I took this image for the architecture assignment. I like this picture because it makes me wonder what the story is behind this. This is at an abandoned building that has been left barron for a few years now. I wonder what caused the building to be shut down and why work was put to a pause. I took this image with my Nikon D5100 and added a film filter and played with the colors a little.

I really love the composition in this photo. The lighting and almost drab mood adds to the tone of this image. Even the color clash is a good combo of colors. Great architecture and great picture. Nothing bad to say. Great job!

I personally really like this picture. I love looking inside abandoned houses and I can't help but wonder the people that have lived there and just imagine it being in shape. The lighting fits perfectly with the theme of the picture. Good job!

I don't understand why, but this image just speaks to me. I too wonder what happened in that place, and I somehow feel connected to it. Everything about this picture is artistic and neutral, it's not super blurry, the lighting is just right i'd actually say perfect. Really good job with this I love it.

This picture really sticks out to me, and I love the title. Abandoned places are so interesting yet sad at the same time. I'd love to know what this room once was. I love how light the foreground is here, and how dark the background is. such a cool pic!
