Madilyn B- Shapes of Fire

This image is called Shapes of Fire. It was taken in Gatlinburg,Tennessee on New Year's Eve. It was taken with my IPhone X. I edited the color to bring out the oranges and black out the background. I also did some spot healing in order to remove some light shadows. This photo could be denser if it was taken with a DSLR camera. It would capture the colors and shapes better. I would also wanna shine more light on the rocks located below the fire, if I could redo the photo.

This is a very neat photo! It is hard to capture fire in photography, and you did a really good job of it! The dark background blends well into the pebbles too, giving a kind of gradual leading line to the fire. The reflection of the fire on the pebbles is really cool also.

Love this photo. I like how the background and the coals are darkened and how the fire is what mostly stands out. You can also see the details of the flames which i find really cool.

I really love this image. I'm glad you darkened the background and the rocks because it add contrast to the image and really makes the flames stand out. I also like how the rocks are a little bit litter than the background because it adds more texture to the image. I wish you brightened the flames a bit to add a light more pop to the image. I really like this image though.

I love this photo! I really like how the flames are very prominent in this photograph. I think the bottom of the photograph could be cropped in a little to eliminate the extra black space. Good job!

I really like the photo. I like the colors and how it is darker around the flames, it really makes the flames pop. I like how you can see the rocks at the bottom. I think the photographer could have cropped the image a little bit to get ride of all the black.

This picture is really cool, the lighting especially. The balance between light and dark in this picture is really good! I like how most of the picture is very dark and black and the fire is what brings a softer light to the picture. I also like that the focus is the fire and the rocks it is coming from. I like that it is in a sharp focus. The sharp focus really adds some sophistication to the picture. Overall, I really liked this picture (use of colors and good balance of light and dark) and I think you did an amazing job!
