Ella F- Owen

This photo is called Owen because it is a picture of my brother, Owen. It was taken in the afternoon just down the street from our house. It was taken with my Canon 60D camera. I edited this photo by increasing the saturation and making some of the dark spaces lighter.  I like the way this photo turned out, but I wish that you could see the color of the sky better.

I really like this portrait because of the intense focus on the subject. The background is blurred just enough to spot key details as well as to keep the focal point on the subject. I think the lighting on the Subject could be a little better, but there is still enough light to show detail. Overall, the editing of this photo is very good and I'd love to see a full print of it. -Ila H. HHS

The exposure is just right nothing wrong at all. the focus has a great bright light its to close but a good picture though its not blurry is has color to it soft focus brown on sides and have that white in the middle i get that creamy light texture its has large white tonal range no interesting at all yes it makes me look deeper and the photo no only light areas the balance good i have a good mood looking at this photo yes the mood is what the photographer intended this makes me happy yes this photographer is telling how they took this picture. d.w
