This photo overall is really cool. I love the colors and the way the scenery looks. The decreasion of lightsand the increase of saturation was definitely a good idea. However, when taking this picture, next time try taking at a more straight angle, because this picture seems angled a little bit. Otherwise, this photo is really good and I think you did a great job.
I love the way the dark foreground gives more emphasis to the colorful background. Maybe by enhancing the background you could get a cleaner image. I think by rotating it slightly you could make it more straight and not tilted. Overall, well done
