Madalyn M- Flower

This is a picture of a flower I got at my great aunts funeral. I used my iPhone 8 to take this. I edited it by turing up the intensity and down the neutrals and tone. I would change it by making the background better.

I like how simple but simple but complex this is. I love how much detail there is & how defined it all is. It doesn't compromise the rest of the photo & it looks amazing. Well done.

The way that the rose fits in with its surroundings is fantastic. I don't think that I could replicate the setting. The lighting if the entire image is great. I think that because it is in black and white, the effect that it has is calming. When I look at this photo, it makes me feel sad and a little dead inside.

This picture is great! I love how you can see details in the flower and on the leaf. I also think making the picture black and white makes it more simple but in a good way. It is very pleasing to look at. I think this picture is great overall!

This picture is really amazing. I like how the flower petals and leaves are so prominent. And I love the idea of making the photo in Black and White filter it looks pretty good. One thing that I would change about this photo is that I blur the background more. Overall good job!

I like the exposure of this photo because it is slightly underexposed and that creates a solemn feel to the photo. I like the tonal range, it seems to darken the green areas more and the black and white also allowed the edges of the flower to stand out. I like the mood of this photo, the black and white really changes the perspective of this photo to a more dark and solemn mood.

This is a really great photo. The clarity of the flower is really nice. I also like how you used the black and white filter instead of another because it gives a nice intense feeling to the picture.
