Tucker C- Detail

This is one of the photos I took for the architectural assignment. I took this photo near a strip mall by my house with my Nikon D-40 camera. I didn't do much editing-wise, just added some contrast and brightness to reveal the windows and some cropping. I believe this photo turned out okay. I chose this photo mostly because of the cool stains on the wall and the design of the windows. Overall, I think it's a decent photo, but I would rather like if I took a wider image to include more of the wall and to make the window more on the left side of the photo

I really like this photo a lot. I like how the main focus of the photo is just the window and how close up it is only focusing on the architecture and design of the window. I also like the lines and the curves that make up the architecture of the window and give it a very nice design. Overall, this is a really good photo and I wish I could have taken this myself! I like how cool yet simple this photo is. The lighting in this photo is nice, I like how dark it is. The simplicity of the areas around the subject really draw your eyes straight to the subject. I like how the object isn't centered and that it is off to the side. Overall, really cool image! -- I.G. HHS

This photo is really cool! I think the lighting could be brighter because the photo is a little dim. You could also center the window, but that's just personal preference! I like the discoloration of the walls and the focus on the window, I think it really contributes to the overall mood of the photo. CS-HHS
