Madilyn B- Point of View

This image is called Point of View. It was taken in Boone, North Carolina from the deck of the cabin. I took this image with my phone. This image originally has a vintage filter on it. I also darkened the color and light to hide all other objects besides the mountains. This photo would be a lot clearer if it was taken with a DSLR camera.

I love this shot so much! The depth of field of the shot makes the picture for me. The flatness of the doorway goes well with the depth of the landscape outside. The greenish cast of the photo gives the photo a warm and muted feeling. Your usage of Fore, Middle, and Backgrounds makes your composition so interesting and enjoyable to view. To me, this photo conveys the feeling of adventure, or discovering the world. If I could, I would print this photos and put it on my wall, 100%!

I think this is a really pretty shot! I like how the colors are kinda muted an it gives the photo a nice soft look. i also like how the focal poitn of color are the green mountains in the middle ground. This photo makes me think of exploration.

I really love your picture! I like your edit to the picture and the color of the picture is very good it is looks like in the movie. Also the view is very beautiful. The most things that I like in the picture is the mountains and the clouds. If I would change I will cut the line on the left side, also I prefer when you took the picture if you take the picture from outside it will look very good. But you did very god job. Amira- HHS
