Emma J - Dying Leaves

The title of my submitted image is called dying leaves. The photo was taken on November 23rd, on a hiking trail in Helena. The photo was captured with a Canon T6 and was edited using the photoshop app on my phone. I wish it would have turned out more colorful, however I still like it a lot.

I really love your picture! My eyes are really drawn to the leaves, and I like how the leaves are the main focus of the image. I really like the color and tonal range of this image. It gives off an almost dark, mysterious vibe to it, which I like. The colors really go together and almost contrast against one another. Honestly, this picture wants me to go hiking. If I could, I would hang this picture up on my wall. Overall, I think your picture is great!

I really love your photo!! The leaves are well focused, but I can still see the background. That orange-yellow color thats going on with the leaves is also really and that brown is popping out in the photo as well. You did a really good job with this.

I really like how you captured the leaf colors even though the photo is pretty dark. Your choice in light here really helped me understand fall. And the colors of all the leaves. It’s still beautifully focused. And it’s very easy to get lost while trying to notice every detail. Made me love fall even more than I did. Great work.

This picture is sick! I love the very moody tones you used even though you said it had more color lol. Personally, this is exactly how I'd edit a picture like this, especially in the fall. The only thing I would do to this picture is to make sure everything is in focus and maybe get a different (possibly closer) angle. But overall a pretty good image.

Wow! This picture is amazing. I love the tones and hues of the colors. I like the contrast and you did something very interesting with the compositions. I like the branch in the foreground and the blurred background; this adds a lot of depth. I might have even lowered my aperture even more. Very nice image!
