It was taken at the Birmingham Zoo, like last week when the weather was actually nice. It was taken with my Nikon DSLR with the telephoto lens. i edited it with a black and white filter and a sharpening filter. I think it could be better it he, the elephant, looked directly at me.

I like this picture a lot, especially the aspect f it that has to deal with the texture of the elephant's skin. Th black and white filter allows for the focus to be shifted more from the color of the elephant to the texture of its skin which is really cool.
This picture is really cool. I love how well you can see the texture of the elephant's skin and how close up the picture is. I also like the angle of the picture and how it is the side of his face. It really adds to the picture. Great job!

I really like this picture! There is a lot of detail in the elephants face that really add to the mood of the image. I dont think that there is really anything more you could have done to make the image better. Nice job!
