Jaden O- Works in the Sky

 This picture was taken at disney. It was taken with an iphone.I edited it by making the lights a bit brighter ,croping out unnecessary part and dimming the fireworks lights.I feel like the street light lamp could’ve been edited out and the phone part.

Spencer S- Emotional Pots

I really like this picture, it's my favorite. My mom loves pots like these, and I think they show a lot of feelings. When I edited the picture, I focused on the pots by making them brighter and more vibrant. I also toned down the saturation in the background to make the pots stand out. Overall, I just really enjoy how the picture turned out.

Sean M- The Council of Cats

 I call this picture The Council of Cats. I used the camera raw filter  to  edit this picture. I took this picture in the studio in the classroom. I may have needed to make it lighter.

David R- Pine

The title of this picture is pine. I like how the picture turned out by the way you can see the different little rocks on the ground. I edited it by making the sidewalk brighter and the pines brighter. Overall, I like how this picture turned out

Title of my photo is Outside. It was taken outside my house last year. It was taken with my  Samsung. I edited it with the editing app on the mac computer at school. I think i could have played a little bit more with the color.

This picture was taken in Atlanta, Georgia on September 25,2023. This photo was taken with my iphone 12 Pro. I increased the contrast on the picture. Then I applied a filter to it. I then decreased the brightness and increased the definition. I would make this picture better by taking it into photoshop. Then I would try to add a filter on the platform he is standing on. I would also try to clear up the image. This was my first concert.

 I took this photo on my iPhone camera last month because I thought it would be funny. I didn’t edit this photo at all, I definitely could’ve added some cool filters to do their model-esque spirits justice.

This picture is called “Late Night Drive.” I took this picture of a Bumblebee action figure in its car form, I took this picture outside at night for the “Night and Day Photo” assignment. I edited the picture by making the picture a bit darker, getting rid of the seam lines, and adding lighting up the car head and backlights.

      The Title of the picture I have selected is Morning Sky. I took this picture in my backyard. It was taken on October 27, 2023. I took it with my Iphone. I think it could have been better if I got more of the sky.

Jordon W - Office Hours

 I took this photo in my living room using supplies I found in my dad’s office. It was taken for the Still Life assignment. I used my iPhone 13 Pro. I made the image black & white which helped to greatly increase the contrast and sharpness. I think I could have done a little better with my object placement, but overall, I like this photo.

Juliana ZM- Dollar Boat

This photo was taken on November 5th and was taken with my iPhone.

In editing use brightness, contrast, and color combination.

It could be seen better if the boats had better focus.

To take the photo, use natural light and depth at 1.4 and edit it to make it look better.

David C- The Day at the Fin

The Title of my image is called “The Day at the Fin.” This photo was taken at the parking by the Finley Center in Hoover, AL. The photo was taken on September 27th, 2023. I took this photo with my phone. All I did was higher the brightness, contrast, clarity, and exposure to make the image pop out more. I could have maybe cropped some of the images.

 

Remo M- Manipulated Still Life

This image is named Manipulated Still Life. I took it at school on October 27th on my iPhone SE. I like this photo because I like editing my photos with crazy colors and this is exactly what this assignment called for. I like the almost Kaleidoscope/watercolor feel to the image. It could've been better if I pushed it a little harder but I think it looks good how it is right now. 

 

Porter M- Sing About Me

This picture is called “Sing About Me, I’m Dying of Thirst”. This was taken in my room for the still life assignment, and it details the vinyl to the Kendrick album, “Good Kid, m.A.A.d city” playing on the record player, presumably playing the song the excerpt on the screen displays. It was taken by my phone and I edited it by lowering brightness and raising contrast. It could be better if I had a light source directly pointed at the scene when I decided to take the picture. 

 

Tayla S- Still Life with Text

 The title of my selected image is “Still Life with Text.” This photo was taken in my bedroom on October 29th, 2023. This photo was taken with my iPhone 11 camera. I edited it by changing the brightness/contrast, color, using the spot healing brush to erase some things in the photo, and putting a quote in the image. I think this image is great and it could not have been better. 

RJ R- Shadow and Light Rose

I titled the image Shadow and Light Rose because it’s a paper rose and the picture involves a bunch of shadows and light. It was taken at my house and at night time. I took it with the Canon T3i camera and I edited it by making some areas darker/lighter and by removing little things like dust. I think it could be better by making tiny adjustments to the lights and shadows but overall I like the image.

Blake P- Skate Jumper.

 The title of this image is Skate Jumper. It was taken some time last week in the photography room. I took this picture with my Nikon D5100 and I edited it in photoshop. I used the remove tool to edit out what was holding the skateboard up. I think it could have been better if I used a darker background. 

Marshall P- Daily Items

I took this photo in the studio in Mr. Rigbsy’s class. It's a pretty simple photo with just my car keys and airpods. I maybe could have zoomed in a bit more to make the photo better. Overall I like this photo because of how simple it is.

Reagan P - A Sunny Day

 The title of this photo is “A sunny day”. This photo was taken on September 28, 2023 in the backyard of my house after school. This photo was taken with my Sony Camera. I edited this photo by sharpening it, removing blemishes, and adding some slight contrast. I do not think that this photo could have been any better

Owen P- Stolen Car

 This picture is called Stolen Car. It was taken in my driveway near the end of October. It was taken with my Cannon 7D and I edited it by adding saturation and making the warm colors pop more. I think this picture would be a lot better if I could have gotten the glare off of the back of my car and if it had been a more straight-on picture.

Katelyn N- Cable

This image, titled “Cable,” was taken at my home. It was taken using my Iphone. I edited by making it brighter, then adding a filter to make it black and white. I think it could be better if there was less empty space. This photo was used for my Still Life assignment. 

Cailyn M- Baseball Season

 The title of this image is Baseball Season, I took this image with my camera during my brothers wood bat league season. This was taken at the met baseball fields on a Tuesday night. I edited out some of the markings in the turf but still made it look natural. I darkened the image slightly and put a vignette around the image. I think the only way I could have made this image better would be to make it a little more in focus. Other than that I really like this image and am very proud of it. 

Milan S - A Calm Cat

 This is called A Calm Cat. This was taken In PR on Oct 7, 2023. It was shot on my iPhone 15 Pro Max. I edited it by cropping it in to center the cat more. Then I blurred the background that's behind the cat so that when you look at it you mainly see the front. I wish I got closer to the cat so you can see it from a better perspective. But I’m pretty happy with how it turned out.

Cedric C - Night Moon

The title of this image is Night Moon because of the image in general, This picture was taken a few weeks ago and I took it while I was in the car, i had just woken up and looked on the window and saw that and I thought it was pretty so I took the picture really quick before we went, thats why its shaky and it doesn’t have great quality, i edited it with photoshop really quick and simple edits, it could’ve been better if I had more time to react and if I had gotten out of the car to take a good picture.

 

Morgan W- Music Noir

 The title of this image is Music Noir. I took this when I came home from school in my window pane. The picture was taken with my iphone 13 pro. I didn’t do too much editing to it, I just retouched the image and changed it to black and white. I think that I should’ve done more with it instead of just turning it black and white but it's a pretty cool photo.

Maggie O-

This photo is called Music. It was taken in the studio of the photography room during my class period with Mr. Rigsby’s camera. I took the studio lights and used two contrasting colors to illuminate the subject. I then brightened them up in photoshop and added a bit of grain to the photo, giving it a vintage, hazy look. The one thing I wish I could have done better is make it a little less blurry. 

 

Elyssa W - Champion

 The title of this image is Champion and it was taken on November 14th at my house. I used my Nikon D3400 to take this photo and edited it through the photos app. I brightened it up a little then toned down the shadows to add depth. I feel like I could have played around with editing some more but I’m not exactly sure what. 

Dallas H- Ghost on the Coner

The title of the photo is The Ghost on The Corner. The photo was taken on the corner at some house in my neighborhood. It was taken with my Canon T6 rebel. The only thing I did with the editing is make the area around it more bright cause the picture was pretty bloomy. I feel like I should have cropped it more to get the focus on the ghost itself.

 

Maya H- Movies

This is a photo of my DVD collection; it was taken on Sunday, October 29th in my bedroom. When editing, I made the image a little clearer, dehazed it a bit, and made the colors more vibrant. I wish I had made the point of focus a little bit different.

 I choose this picture because it is a really pretty picture of the sunset iI took this picture outside it was taking on july 1 2023 it was taken with my iphone how edited is i just added a good filter to. How I think that the picture could be better is by next time getting more of the sunset then the trees.  

Kayli M - Bejeweled Garden

This is one of the images that I took for the still life assignment in October called ‘Bejeweled Garden.’ It’s a photo of a butterfly hair-clip I had recently bought from an antique store surrounded by flowers. I took this photo at my house with my camera near a window for the lightning. I edited it by brightening the image and giving it a bit of texture. I think the image could have been better if my focus was a tad bit better but overall I really loved this image!

Brooke L- Glasses

 This picture was taken in my bathroom on November 2nd with my iPhone XR. I edited it by cropping out airy space, taking up the saturation and lighting up some areas. I think the picture would’ve been better if I tried out different lighting or placed the object in a different area. 

Paige - Delicious Murder

This is named “Delicous Murder” it was taken at a resturant on August 31st. It was taken with a iphone 11. I pitched it lower in brightness and made the colors more vibrant. I think it could be better with the knowledge I know now but I think I did good.

My photo is called, “iPhone” It was taken on 11/13/2023 in the photo studio room. It was taken with the Canon T-7. I made the background completely black but I wish it wasn’t so blurry.

 

Kennrix J- Ancient Vase

I’ve decided to name this photo “Ancient Vase”, it was taken in the studio in the classroom, it was taken with a darker background and lighting to really capture and grasp a certain feeling from the photo, I did darken the photo as well as I implemented some contrast. I feel if there were more objects in the photo it was improve the overall photo.

Adam K- The Lake

 This was taken in Northport Alabama of the sunset while fishing May 21st. It was taken with a iPhone 13 pro. The way it was edited, I lowered the contrast level for the sky to stand out and bold. I think it could be better by lowering the exposure and make the darker areas stand out more 

Bri L- About Me

The title of this picture is called Famous Spinach Dip Picture. This picture was taken on August 8, 2023 at Cajun Roux Bar & Grill. It was taken by my IPhone 13 Pro Max. I edited this picture by brightening the color on the dip and chips. I think this picture is perfect the way it already is, and doesn't need any more editing. I took this picture because every time I go out to eat I always get spinach dip, it is my favorite appetizer.
