Matthew R- SLS at Hoosier Pass, Colorado
This photo was taken about a week and a half ago on Labor Day at Hoosier Pass, which is at the continental divide and is about 10 miles outside of Breckenridge, Colorado. The photo was either taken with a Canon 5D Mk. 3 or Canon T3i - I don’t remember which body I used. I edited the photo in photoshop, editing the temperature, clarity, saturations, noise reduction, lighting, shadows, highlights, and by cloning out a car on the left. It could be better if the sign had been more visible and centered with the car, and also if the background had more of a view to capture where the photo was actually taken. Driving this Mercedes SLS up mountain roads to this spot was a ton of fun, and I’m glad i could capture it in some pictures.
Caroline N- "Glove"
The title of my picture is Glove. This picture was taken on August 23, 2015 at my house. I took this picture with my Canon EOS Digital Rebel SLR Camera. To edit this picture I turned up the saturation, turned on the enhance, and turned up the sharpness. This picture could be better if I would have gotten more of my glove in the picture.
Henry S - Peroni
I titled this picture “Peroni” because that’s the name of the restaurant in the picture. It was taken on August 23. It was taken with a Nikon D3200. When I edited this picture, I increased the contrast, the saturation, and the shadows. I can’t find a way to make it better, so if anyone has a suggestion, let me know.

Ifeanyi M- Shining Ball
The title of this picture is “Shining Ball”. This picture was taken at my house when I first got the ball. I took it with my iPhone 5s, and I just edited the brightness and contrast on this picture. This picture could have been better if I improved the positioning of the subject.
Ryan F- Ray Bans
The title of this image is “Ray Bans”. I took this picture on August 23, 2015, in my driveway. I took it with a Canon Rebel EOS T4i. To edit it I enhanced and cropped it, then I changed the saturation to 56, definition to 30, shadows to 17, sharpness to 100, and temperature to 2. It could be better if I balanced the picture better.
Willie R - Backyard Blues
This Image is called “backyard blues”. I took this photo in my backyard in July.
It was taken with a canon rebel eos 300d. I added exposure and contrast, and made the photo cooler
It could be better if the whole photo was in focus instead of the highlight being more on the film reel on the wall

Vanely C- MK Watch
This image was taken on my couch on August 24, 2015. It was taken with a Samsung Galaxy Camera 2. The way I edit my photo was by adding Vintage (1), exposure to -0.62, contrast to 23, and saturation to 50. My image also has Definition to 100, highlights to 67, shadows to 19, sharpness and De-noise to 100. I think my image could of been better if i would of avoid the flash facing towards the glass of my watch. This is my favorite watch because a really special person gave it to me as a christmas gift.
Jacob H.-Abandoned
I named this picture “Abandoned” obviously because nobody lived in this house, It was taken in Tuscaloosa somewhere about a month ago. I took it with my Nikon D90, i added some color, sharpness, and lightened it up some. It could be a little more clear, but it was still a fun shot.
Some creepy old lady was watching me the whole time i was taking this picture.

Kaley A- "baby girl"
I names this image “baby girl”. It was taken on the fourth of July at my grandmothers house in Columbus, Mississippi. I took this picture with a Cannon T3. I edited this picture by slightly increasing the saturation and blurring out the back ground. This image could be better if i could take the wetness on her mouth away.

Seth W- Star Lake
The title of this picture is star lake and it was taken at Star Lake 2 or 3 weekends ago. It was taken with the Canon EOS Rebel T5. I edited it by darkening the photo and I moved the saturation and the definition. I also adjusted the highlight and moved the temperature up. I think the edit it looked good but I wish the picture didn’t have the people in the back.
Jacob C- Some Beach
I entitled this picture Some beach because it’s the name of one of my favorite Blake Shelton songs. It was taken last summer in Navarre Beach, Florida. I took the picture with my iPhone 5 and i increased the sharpness and edition. I also played with highlights and the saturation. I could be better if I could have taken it without the people on the beach. The funny part is the boardwalk collapsed during a storm while we there.
Alex Z - Beauty On The Beach
The title of this photo is called “Beauty On The Beach”. This was taken at Pensacola, Florida around the end of the summertime this year. This was taken with an apple device (An iPod Touch). I edited this photo by adding a filter through the iPod, and for further edits, I tried my best to make the sun less glaring from the middle of the composition. This photo could be only better if the sun was not glaring as much. This photo reminds me of the fun I love having in the summer at the beach, but it also shows my liking of using what is given to me to take a photo.

Cain M- In My Room
This picture was taken in my room with a Nikon d3000. I used a five second timer and set the camera on a table. I increased the brightness and saturation to add color and light. This picture would be better if the focus was spread to the whole guitar and not just my hand.
Dayne M- Water Front
The title of this photo is “Water Front”. It was taken in San Francisco this summer with a Nikon D5500. I edited this image by adding a black and white effect and increasing the definition, saturation, and shadows. This image could be better if the background wasn’t so busy and if the image was in better focus.
Aania C.- About a Year Ago
This photo is a bit old. It was taken about a year ago with a Nikon D3100. I really do like this photo because it is so vibrant and I enjoy taking pictures of nature. I used iPhoto to edit this photo. I enhanced it a little bit and then increased the saturation and the highlights. This could be better if I would have cropped it a little bit lower I think.
Annemarie K- Tip Top Sunset
This picture is called Tip Top Sunset. It was taken about 3 weeks ago at Tip Top Grill in Bluff Park. This was taken with a Samsung WB1100F. I edited this picture by adding some definition, highlights, shadows and i de-noised it. I also warmed the temperature so you could really see the orange sun setting and the blue sky above it. This picture could be better if the balloon on the power lines was not there.
Abby U- My Dog Bo
This is My Dog Bo. Taken on September 2015 at my house with a Canon Rebel t5i.
I adjusted the Saturation, Brightness, Enchanced the photo, and Sharpened.
To make it better I would not take it as close up.

Drew F- Wharf Orange Beach
This picture was taken over this summer in late July. I took this picture with a Nikon d3300. This picture has very few edits but at most it could be sharpened to make it look more appealing.
Caitlin G- Street
The title of my image is “Street. It was taken in downtown Philadelphia and it was taken the beginning of summer this year. It was taken with my iPhone. I edited it on iPhoto, adding saturation and contrast. It could be better if it was centered more and edited more. I really like this picture because of all the colors that make it pop.
Matt H- To Grandma's House We Go
The title of this image is “ To Grandma’s House We Go.” the inspiration behind the tile is the lyrics “Over the river and through the woods, To grandmother's house we go;” from a children’s song that I remembered. This was taken at Flat Rock national park in Columbus, Georgia. I took it while I was visiting my grandmother on August 30th, 2015. This picture was taken with a Cannon Eos Rebel T1i camera. To edit the image I increased the saturation to 66, the definition to 89, the highlights to 100, the shadows to 33, and the sharpness to 16. I also cropped the image to center the focus on the bridge and increased the temperature to 77 and decreased the tint to -12. I think the edit made the image appear transcendental and fantasy like. I would have liked to have gotten a little closer to the center of the bridge to create better balance within the image. To do this, I would have had to jump in the river and get really wet. I really like how much this picture looks like it came out of a scene of Little Red Riding Hood.

Ashley W- Isolated
This picture is called isolated, it was taken at an abounded paper mill near Columbiana about an hour away in July of this summer. I took this with a nikon D3200. I editied by turning the highlights and sharpness all the way up and turning the contrast and definition up a bit, i also turned the temperature and exposure down. This picture could have been edited better.
CJ G - Sunset
I took this picture at the begging of school and it is of my back patio. I took it with my Canon Rebel while standing. I edited by adding more warm color, and increasing the saturation. I also turned up the sharpness and the definition. I like this picture because I love the colors and how peaceful the patio looks.
Molly B- Sunset with Railing
The title of this picture is sunset with railing. It was taken at tiptop on August 26th. It was taken with my COOLPIX L830. It could be better with the little dots on the side gone. I edited it by cropping, sharpness and de-noising.
