I couldn’t decide on a title for this image so i just left this as “Untitled”. I took this picture over Christmas break with my Canon SL1. While editing this I bumped up the contrast quite a bit and manipulated the curves. To get the wavy effect, I used the distortion tool and just played with it until I was happy with it. This is one of my favorite pictures from this year and I wouldn’t change anything about it.
I like this picture because it reminds me of the old Disk Jockey Turntables. I am into Mixing Music so this resembles my preferences. Overall i really like this picture and the way at which it was taken.

I really like the antique feel of this picture and the way the curves amplify the illusion of the record. This picture reminds me a lot of the painting of the clocks dripping off of the page. I also really like the coloring to the picture, which came from good manipulation of the vibrance tool.
ReplyDeleteI like this photograph a lot. The first thing I like is the wave affect to it. The next thing I really like is that you increased the color. By increasing the color it allowed to show more of the wave. The only thing I would change would be to try to get the whole picture in focus. Overall it is a very nice photograph.
