this picture was taken on the way home from Tuscaloosa. it is the side mirror of my moms car. i made it black and white then brought the color back to everything but whats in the mirror. i did this to make it look like the past is dark.

I really like the distinction between the reflection and the front view by using black and white. It kind of seems like the past is in black and white. It has really good focus in the reflection with a deep DOF that works good for the reflection assignment. However, the black and white makes the photo seem gloomy, like the past is, and the foreground is bright, happy, and new.
