Emily B- Leaving Tuscaloosa

I took this photo when I was leaving Tuscaloosa. My picture was originally edited on instagram, but I did more editing to it for the photo blog. I boosted the contrast, increased the exposure, and boosted the saturation. I'm really pleased with the way this picture turned out, but if I could change something about it to make it better I would add more of the darker bottom in the picture to make it more balanced.

  1. I really like this! Great use of the rule of thirds. I love how the sky starts as a fiery red, then fades to a calmer blue-ish color. Good Job.

  4. This is very very pretty! It looks like something one of those really fancy painters would choose to work with. The colors are amazing and I love how the tree's are just a silhouette. I agree with the fact that you should have more trees in the photo though to balance it out.

  5. I love this picture! There are so many colors in the picture and it is so awesome to look at. I like how the trees are black because it makes all the focus go to the colors in the sky. I would not change a thing!

  6. This is a great photo! I really love the colors, orange, yellow, mixing up to look red. It has a great focus and depth of field. The balance also looks great and this picture would totally be a keeper. Really like it!
